From now on, all LOHAS members can go to LOHAS glasses store. (Those who have not get your glasses with LOHAS Eyewear can apply for membership for NT$100) 1. Show the membership certificate in the LOHAS APP. 2. Go to the Google merchant of the store to leave your reviews. 3. Take a photo of the Lohas sealing wax stamp and the free notebook, and upload to "LOHAS Optical Fan Group" to check-in. 5. Southern District (Kaohsiung / Tainan / Pingtung): collect 6 seal wax stamps from different stores and North District (Taichung / Hsinchu / Taoyuan): collect 3 seal wax stamps from different stores, you can redeem one frame for free! (except famous brand frames). Promotion Period: 2019/10/1 - 2019/11/30

1. Kaohsiung Eslite Store does not participate in this promotion. 2. Please do not transfer the sealing wax stamps or notebooks to others. The store will do the registration for every stamp. The number of redemption stamps must be presented for the frame redemption and it must be consistent with the store registration form. 3. The notebook can only be redeemed for the first time. Then the next store can only stamped it. If you need to a notebook, the price is NT$39 each. 4. The redemption of the frame does not include the branded frame. 5.
